During their residency at the Ateliers Médicis in 2022, Luise Schröder and Chedly Atallah started their collaborative artistic research on personal and collective memories of Clichy-sous-Bois / Montfermeil. As a continuation of their first mutual project in public space in 2022 Pierres sans répit - part II is presented as a collection of photographic archives and archaeological objects found on site installed on research tables specially designed for the exhibition. The work interweaves the memories of this area and presents it as an archaeology of forgotten and invisible histories revealing histories of struggles, migrations and perspectives of the inhabitants in the area.
